Shipping Policy
Uk postage
Please allow upto 3 working days for dispatch. You will receive an email notification when your item is on its way.
All items have Free Postage and Packing in the UK and are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class.
All orders are tracked and signed you will receive a tracking number by email to track your parcel.
For Local deliveries in CB10 and CB11 post codes, deliveries will be free and within 1-2 days of your order.
International Postage
Please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch. You will receive an email notification when your item is on its way.
Delivery to Europe is approximately 3-5 days and Postage and Packaging is a Flat Cost of £16.00
Delivery to Rest of World (including Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and South Africa) is approximately 6-7 days and Postage and Packaging is a Flat Cost of £30.00
All orders are sent Royal Mail International Track and Signed.
** I am not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer including tariffs and taxes not myself.
**I am not responsible for postal delays but in the unlikely event that your item does not arrive or arrives damaged please contact me before leaving a review. I will replace the item or offer a refund, please see below.
Return and Refund Policy
I will gladly accept returns please notify me within 7 days of delivery at returns@gemmarappensberger.com.
Once agreed, you have 14 days from that date to return the item in its original condition including original packaging.
No returns will be accepted after 7 days of cancellation period.
Please note that buyers are responsible for all return postage costs.
Please use Royal Mail First Class Tracked and Signed for items over £50 .00 and please obtain proof of postage. Once received as discussed; a refund or replacement will be issued.
Refunds
Paypal transactions take up to 24 hours to be returned and credit/debit cards may take up to 5 working days to clear into your account once a refund has been issued. A confirmation email will be sent.
